Love the Service from staff,Jenni was the best out of all!!! She is really an A+ to the company!! We fell in love with her charming attitude!! Ulysses at the beach was also amazing!! Santiago and Raul and Jorge at breakfast were exceptional!! Front desk staff and concierge were very attentive to us.Anai.. Valet and room service were awesome!! Housekeeping and the drink delivery were on point!! The beach was nice too.. Jenni, thank you for going up and above for us ,We really appreciate you!!

enjoyed their beach- shallow and safe for kids, no harsh waves, no seaweed, enough beach chairs. Staff were friendly and always willing to help and there is entertainment regularly that caters to all ages. We enjoy their gym as well! They have Amstar in the lobby that helped us book our excursion and shuttle back to the airport. Walking distance to Mexico's big supermarket chedraui.

Enjoyed friendly staff, easy beach access, room service , well maintained pool, clean atmosphere around the hotel property. Easy access and close location to all restaurants and other access on the property. This was our 3rd time coming back and might not be the last one.

The staff at the beach and pool are just great! We laid on the beach for hours and they will come pretty often to refill our drinks and even brought us food from the beach restaurant (you are supposed to get it yourself) . The service is A+. The beach also one of the best we have stayed at in Cancun, absolutely calm with no waves, and very little seaweed (which is a huge problem in the Rivera Maya).

The air conditioning was not great. Throughout the hotel floors I don’t even think they were air conditioned in the halls in the room never got below 76°F. Some of the food was not that great there were a lot of options and some of the food was great. There was something for everyone and plenty of choices to choose from.

The genuine friendliness of the staff is exceptional. There is a very large staff to accommodate all requests. The Resort itself gives a quiet luxury vibe. There are dozens of quiet private places to hang out, have a drink(s) 😉 and people watch. The Pool Areas are excellent and very well staffed. The Spa is a luxury experience and is highly recommended. The Beach is VERY calm and clear. No rocks, just perfect white sand

Love the beach the view is Gorgeous. The day care girls are awesome never would I think I would like to leave my kids at a daycare but they went above and beyond my daughter loved them!
